Our community accountability and reporting mechanism (CARM) is a way for community members and our partners to provide feedback, suggestions, complaints, and concerns in a manner that is safe, confidential, transparent, and accessible. This will enable Mercy Corps to respond and take any necessary action to ensure the safety, security and empowerment of our program participants and the people we work with.
